Ulrika Jonsson shows off her tanned legs as she basks in UK heatwave

ULRIKA Jonsson has been flaunting her pins on social media as she enjoys the summer heatwave.

The television host sunbathed in the hot weather as she showed off her toned, tan legs on Instagram.

The star posted a snap of her afternoon tanning session to her Instagram account, under the handle @ulrikajonssonofficial.

She posted a picture of her gorgeous tanned legs as she rested on a blanket, adding the cheeky caption “#hotdogs”, likening her legs to the snack.

Earlier today, the 53-year-old broadcaster, best known for hosting Gladiators and being a team captain on Shooting Stars, was ejected from the celebrity edition of SAS: who dares wins.

She was suffered from a number of health issues and the team felt that it would not be safe to have her carry on with the show after a medical examination deemed her unfit.

Jonsson opened up about her light adult incontinence on the show: “You won’t see it mentioned in any manuals.”

“Mothers like me have been left to think that it was just one of those things we are supposed to put up with.”

Speaking about participating in this year’s show, Jonsson said: “I felt it had a profoundly positive effect on me.”.

Earlier this month, Ulrika showed off her nipples on Instagram, exposing herself in a low cut top to social media.

She wrote on Instagram: “As it’s nearly my birthday now, I thought I’d slip you a little something.”

She added: “Bring it on 54. Here I come.”

“When you have four kids and other priorities, you make damn sure you make today about you.”

This morning, 54-year-old Ulrika wrote a happy birthday message to herself as she celebrated her best qualities.

“Happy Birthday, to me,” she wrote.

“What I know so far: I’m a lioness of boundless proportions.

“I am fierce; I am loyal. Passion courses through my veins; fire scorches my heart and imagination canters like a wild horse through my buoyant, tangled mind.

“I love with reckless abandon and ardour at times when caution and circumspection might be the order of the day.

“Lying down with lions has never perturbed me. But the futility of attempting to change the shape of my heart has never been lost on me. I am who I am.

“I may be too much. But I am never not enough.

“I’m instinctive and intuitive. An empath; a lover, a carer and nurturer.

“I am learning to put myself first but it turns out to be a vigorous lesson to learn.

“I am a woman of substance. I am a complicated soul.

“I can be apprehensive and impatient. And I don’t like goat’s cheese.”

She ended the post by saying “leos are the best”.
