Special Recognition Award

Line of Duty have won the Special Recognition Award, becoming the first TV show to pick up the gong.

The police drama has kept fans captivated for six series since coming onto our screens in 2012.

When are the NTA awards 2021?

The 26th National Television Awards will be broadcast live from 7.30pm on September 9, 2021 from the O2 Arena with plenty of celebs tipped to be attending.

Comedian and Masked Singer host Joel Dommett will host the event for the first time, following in the footsteps of the likes of David Walliams and Dermot O’Leary.
