WWE fans have been demanding clarity in the reported changes, and NXT commentator Beth Phoenix has answered a few questions about the topic.

Beth Phoenix has been one major figure of the NXT crew. The Glamazon has been part of the commentary crew for quite some time. Beth made a surprise appearance on WWE’s The Bump during Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis’ interview.

She came to wish the couple happiness and prosperity as the duo nears their wedding. The former Divas Champion then addressed the changes in store for the new era of NXT.

Beth stated NXT would level up as a brand by increasing the quality drastically. She said- “The thing is, I feel like everybody is a little bit tentative about change. Like, what’s going to happen? Is this not going to be the NXT we know and love? But that’s not the case at all. We’re leveling up as a brand. We’re going to see new faces, new talent, new excitement, new opportunities.”

“Opportunities can beget new, incredible experiences and new matches, new lineups. I feel like our audience is going to be very pleased with the direction that NXT is headed.”

A new era of NXT is in the makings

An overhaul for the WWE NXT brand has been in the makings for quite a long time. It was Nick Khan who broke the news during an interview with Ariel Helwani. He stated NXT is in for a complete revamp led by founder, Triple H. Khan promised fans that there will be fresh looks and feels to this new era of WWE NXT.

Now that Beth Phoenix has also provided clarity about the potential changes to NXT, WWE fans are impatient to experience it. Superstars and officials related to NXT are also very much excited about the impending changes. This new era of NXT could be an enormous statement from WWE to their rival brands.
