Married At First Sight UK: What are the cast’s day jobs?

Here’s what the cast get up to away from the camera (Picture: Channel Four Television Corporation)

Married At First Sight UK has gripped the nation with high stakes, drama and romance as order of the day.

Last week saw plenty of change on the E4 show as Nikita Jasmine and Ant Poole left the series after producers kicked her off for ‘unacceptable’ behaviour following a situation that ‘escalated off camera’.

As if that wasn’t enough, Jordon Mundell and Alexa Economou also decided to leave the experiment after their own relationship collapsed after their wedding day.

The recent episodes have seen the couples get back with experts Paul C Brunson, Charlene Douglas and Mel Schilling for the series’ first commitment ceremony.

With all the entertainment they’ve provided, you’d be forgiven for forgetting that the stars all have day jobs away from the show.

Here’s everything we know…

Morag Crichton

Morag Crichton works as a veterinary nurse during her time away from the camera.

In one Instagram snap from her day job, she was spotted holding a little Chihuahua as she wrote: ‘So glad to be back doing what I love with my paw-fect man!’

Tayah McCreith

Tayah, who has always wanted to settle down with a family and be ‘a young mum’, was working as an air hostess before the pandemic.

It’s not clear way she’s since left, but now she’s plying her trade as an estate agent.

Luke Dawson

Luke Dawson is certainly a busy man, as the 36-year-old firefighter also works as a manager for children’s care homes.

No wonder he’s described himself as ‘the perfect gentleman’ – you’d be hard-pressed to argue.

Robert Voysey

Although Robert Voysey bonded with wife Megan Wolfe over their shared passion for musicals, the 26 year old is actually a business protection specialist.

He’s clearly happy with the job, as he wrote on Instagram: ‘Love the work you do and you’ll never have to work another day in your life.’

Megan Wolfe

Speaking of Megan Wolfe, she took inspiration from a heart-breaking moment when her dad died when she was eight years old.

Megan, now 26, used this as motivation to use her role as a wellness coach to help young children with their mental health.

Ant Poole

Ant Poole has left the show, and he’ll be back to the day job as a business development specialist.

He’s got more interests and talents though, as a look at his Instagram also reveals a passion for modelling.

Nikita Jasmine

Of course, Nikita Jasmine is also off the show, and she’s heading back to her job in sales.

She’s also been spotted hanging out with Geordie Shore stars Chloe Ferry and Sophie Kasaei in Dubai and Ibiza.

Adam Aveling

Adam Aveling plies his trade as an electrician, although his social media suggests he’s also very much into his bodybuilding and modelling.

The 26-year-old reality star loves putting his hulking figure on display for his followers.

Daniel McKee

Daniel McKee, one half of the show’s first gay couple to get married, works in holistic sales.

It’s no surprise really, given that the show’s producers hailed him as a ‘spiritual force to be reckoned with’ and praised his ‘infectious positivity’.

Marilyse Corrigan

Marilyse Corrigan works as a personal trainer, and keeps her followers up to date on her progress with workout tips and progress photos.

Summing up her outlook, she once advised: ‘Success doesn’t come to you, you have to work for it.’

Franky Spencer

Franky Spender also works in that area, describing himself as a fitness coach although there’s plenty of strings to his bow.

He’s been a qualified personal trainer since 1997, and notes in his Instagram bio that he’s a celebrity trainer, boxing and MMA referee and an ex-British Commando.

Amy Christophers

Amy Christophers is another multi-talented star, working as a sports presenter and noting on Instagram that she’s an award winning football influencer.

Throw in being a newspaper columnist and a co-founder of sports charity KickStart UK, and Amy has a lot on her plate.

Joshua Christie

Joshua Christie is an athlete and DJ, with his Instagram full of modelling snaps showing off the results of his hard work.

When it comes to the music, he works for Flamingo and Ardour.

Matt Jameson

Along with Daniel McKee, Matt Jameson made up the show’s first gay married couple.

Away from the show, he clearly has a heart of gold as he works as a senior charity manager.

Married At First Sight continues on Monday at 9pm on E4.
