“It Has Not Been Easy”- Conor McGregor Provides an Update on His Broken Leg

Conor McGregor suffered arguably the most severe injury of his fight career at UFC 264. In his UFC career thus far, ‘The Notorious’ has been relatively injury-free. He has never had an injury that has kept him out of the spotlight for a prolonged period of time.

In a recent interview, ‘The Notorious’ provided fans an update on his injury. He said, “You know I feel like I could kick right now. I honestly feel like I could kick right now. But I just got to listen to the doctors, listen to the people that are guiding me…. I did not see my kids for this training camp. When I left my son, I was jumping 360 flips and the next time he sees me I am in the seat and can’t walk.”

‘The Notorious’ continued, “That was playing on me a bit. But as the weeks go by I am getting better and stronger….. He can see the work I have put in and he can see the reward and I know that is going to rub off well on him…. I was upset for a while. It has not been easy, it’s probably one of the wildest things that has ever happened to me. It has not been full smooth sailing but I have gotten through it.”
