Deontay Wilder stepped up his training for the trilogy fight against Tyson Fury. The former heavyweight champion brought in Malik Scott and got rid of all the ‘outsiders’ from his camp. Hence, Wilder feels a sense of family and belonging with everyone in his training camp.
The former champion is finally happy with the way he is training and the people he surrounds himself with. Now, all thanks to Malik Scott and his training camp, ‘The Bronze Bomber’ feels confident and claims he will light up the boxing ring on October 9 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In an interview with 78SPORTSTV, Wilder warned Fury, saying, “So I hope he’s doing yoga. I hope he having ballet classes. Get his little toupee on, you know. I hope he’s becoming very athletic. Because I’mma go to his body like the fourth of July with a steak on a grill baby, how you do it, 78 style.”
Both the fighters have been going at each other ever since their second fight. Wilder will look to avenge his humiliating loss to Tyson ‘The Gypsy King’ Fury. The last time the pair met inside the ring, Fury overwhelmed Wilder with his size and roughhousing tactics. He knocked Wilder down twice before the latter’s corner threw in the towel to stop the fight in the seventh round.
Tyson Fury predicts his trilogy fight against Deontay Wilder
The 33-year-old British heavyweight champion has vowed to knock Wilder out in their upcoming fight. Tyson Fury will fight Deontay Wilder at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada for the WBC and The Ring titles on October 9. This is the third time the two heavyweights will face each other in the ring.
Considering that he won the second fight in seven rounds, he will look to finish ‘The Bronze Bomber’ even quicker this time around. ‘The Gypsy King’ has said that he will consider it as a loss if he doesn’t win inside the first 5 rounds.
Do you think his prediction will come true again, or will ‘The Bronze Bomber’ pull off an upset and win his titles back from the Brit?
