RHOBH’s Erika Jayne & ex Tom Girardi’s $203K worth of luxury items raked in at auction for creditors in bankruptcy case

AN AUCTION of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne and ex Tom Girardi’s luxury possessions raked in $203,000 for creditors in the former lawyer’s bankruptcy case.

According to court documents seen by The Sun, the trustee presiding over Girardi’s Chapter 7 has revealed the sale of the estranged couple’s property brought in $299,974.93.

Filings show a net total of $203,153,90 will go into the estate, after thousands are paid out to ThreeSixty Asset Advisors for the auction, along with other costs.

The items sold off included a 2011 Cadillac DTS which went for $6,400, and a signed Erin Brockovich poster after Girardi worked on the original case, which went for $1,550.

Office furniture hit the auction block, along with a mystery unopened box of Agent Provocateur lingerie, which Erika claimed was not her size, and went for $350.

Sports memorabilia, books, statues, paintings, and a signed Beach Boys record were also among the items sold.

Cosmetics, thought to belong to Erika, were auctioned off for hundreds of dollars, and even Christmas decorations went for $450.

Attorney Ronald Richards, who is working on behalf of the trustee, told The Sun: “The collective creative talent of the attorneys and professionals working on the Girardi Keese bankruptcy under the Trustees supervision which continues to bring real dollars into this Estate is impressive.

“They were given an abandoned office in shambles and through creative thinking have monetized every last asset.”

Tom and Erika are sued for allegedly embezzling millions from the families of plane crash victims.

A report filed by an independent trustee investigating the firm’s assets claimed Tom’s company is in major debt and still owes $26million to “anywhere from dozens to hundreds of clients.”

A portion of these unpaid settlement funds – about $2million – are meant for the clients involved in the Lion Air Flight 610 crash case.

Previously, Erika was accused of “hiding her bank statements,” as a trustee’s special litigation counsel previously confirmed that Tom’s law firm transferred an eye-opening $25million to the Bravo star.

It seems the RHOBH star, 50, even created one of the businesses after news broke of the embezzlement scandal.

The XXPEN$IVE singer is being sued for allegedly knowing that her ex-husband’s law firm was paying for her expenses for the past 12 years.

According to legal documents obtained by The Sun, the trustee in the bankruptcy case wants Erika to pay the firm back.

ERIKA’S SHAM

She used the money to pay for her American Express bill, glam team and other expenses.

The lawsuit alleged: “She attempts to create a distinction between handing her money directly versus paying all of her bills directly.

“The distinction, like her prior motion for reconsideration is meritless. Any payments made for her benefit are her responsibility.”

The trustee said the RHOBH star’s claims she wasn’t aware of Tom’s wrongdoings is not an excuse, arguing: “It would be a miscarriage of justice if [she] was allowed to simply walk completely free of owing over $25,000,000 to the Estate.

“Erika signed all of her tax returns, numerous credit card slips, and was well aware of the money she spent on the Debtor’s credit cards and the Debtor’s payment of her personal expenses,” the trustee alleged.

“Her feigned wilful blindness and ostrich approach to these expenditures will do absolutely nothing to limit her liability.”

The trustee also stated that “the glam cannot be supported by a sham.”

The RHOBH star filed for divorce from Tom back in November after more than two decades of marriage.

In light of the many lawsuits, it was recently reported that Tom’s federal disbarment was handed down by a judge.
