“That’s a Blessing” – Big E Reveals How Emotional the WWE Championship Win is for Him

More often than not, Individuals do not reach out when they suffer from mental health issues. However, the process becomes easier when someone who has a significant fanbase comes forward and speaks about the same. Such is the way WWE Champion Big E is helping others.

The New Day, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and E, dropped an episode on their podcast where they talk about mental health. During this session, Big E spoke about the struggles he went through during his twenties and how it took a toll on his well-being.

“We had an episode about mental health. That was really important to us after the passing of Daffney. The way things happened, the same day that podcast dropped.. you know I talked too, about the fact that I’m someone who struggled with my mental health and depression for a long time and just not seeing much value in myself. To go from being twenty years old and really struggling, trying to find my way in the world to now, you know, people around the world know who I am. Finding value in my work, finding joy in what I do. That’s a blessing.”

Of course, someone like the WWE Champion coming forward and talking about mental health issues is a big booster for those who need help. It makes it easier to accept depression and openly seek the necessary help.

Big E is probably going to work for both Raw and SmackDown

E won the WWE Champion after cashing in his Money in the Bank contract against former champion Bobby Lashley on WWE Raw. Now, the only way he could do so while being a SmackDown Superstar.

Now, it’s unclear if Big E will move over to Raw from the next episode or continue working with both SmackDown and Raw. Nevertheless, previously Superstars have made appearances on both brands simultaneously so this is something which could happen for the Champion.

However, Big E will have to defend the title on WWE Raw. Hence, it’s only a matter of time before he officially starts working with the red brand.
