A Dream Come True- Simone Biles Announces Exciting News for Her Fans in the US

After her historic second appearance at Tokyo Olympics 2020, Simone Biles has been fulfilling her dreams off the mat. Biles, at the young age of 24, has already achieved almost everything a gymnast can dream of. She has seven Olympic and 32 world championship medals in her medal tally.

Simone had a week full of walking on the red carpet, as she attended the VMA awards, and appeared at her first Met Gala in 2021. After becoming the GOAT of gymnastics, Biles is ready to fulfill her dream of a gymnastics tour.

Simone Biles leaves for her two-month-long tour

Simone is fulfilling her childhood dream of going on her own tour. The Gold Over America tour will take place around 35 cities in America, and feature Simone Biles and top gymnasts of Team USA. After a hectic week, Simone has now left for her Gold Over American tour, which starts on the 21st of September.

An excited Simone posted a picture outside the bus leaving for the tour. Her mother, who stands by her at every step of her life, was seen sitting on the bus. Announcing the news and her happiness, Simone wrote, ” & I’m off for 2 months. I can’t believe I get to have my own tour. Seriously a dream come true. Can’t wait to see all of the girls, meet all of the fans and explore all of the cities! GOLD OVER AMERICA TOUR, I’m coming for ya.”

Who all are accompanying Simone on the tour?

Top gymnasts Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, Grace McCallum, and Mykayla Skinner, Morgan Hurd, Laurie Hernandez, and Chellsie Memmel will perform alongside Simone. They will travel around 35-cities in the USA, to the biggest gymnastics party.

Notably, Jade, Jordan Chiles, Grace McCallum, and Mykayla Skinner were part of the Team USA for the Tokyo Olympics 2020. However, Tokyo Olympics 2020 gold medalist, Sunisa Lee, will not be a part of the tour. Interestingly, Simone had also revealed that fans would see her Tokyo Olympics routine, which they had missed out at the mega-quadrennial games.

Sadly, fans missed out on the opportunity to watch gymnasts perform live in Tokyo because of the spectator ban. Hence, Gold Over America will be an amazing opportunity for Simone and her fans to interact.
