Jimmy Fallon Claims Patrick Mahomes is the Best Thing to Happen to Kansas Since Wizard of Oz

The emergence of Patrick Mahomes has been a welcome surprise for the massive Kansas City Chiefs fanbase. His equation with Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce has been one of the deadliest attacking combinations in the NFL since 2018.

Mahomes won his first NFL MVP title in 2018. He followed that up by leading the Chiefs to the Super Bowl LIV title the following season. This was the Chiefs’ first Lombardi win since 1970, a gap of 50 years.

He was rewarded with a bumper 10-year extension in 2020 worth north of $500 million. His new deal will see him stay with Andy Reid’s Kansas City Chiefs until 2034 at least.
