Lewis Hamilton reveals he tries to take Roscoe to every F1 race

Although the Dutch Grand Prix is well in the past, Mercedes shared a video of Hamilton interacting with a few Dutch kids. They asked the Briton several questions, ranging from Dutch food to aspects about his life.

One of those kids asked the reigning world champion whether he takes Roscoe to all his races. While admitting the British Bulldog is getting old, he mentioned he attempts to take him to races as much as he can.

He said“I try to take him to as many as possible, because Roscoe’s getting old. And I don’t know how long I’ll have him around. So, I’m trying to keep him with me everywhere.”

The 36-year-old also spoke about the importance of Roscoe in his life during his answer. He mentioned how the British Bulldog adds happiness to his life every time. “He’s my best friend,” said Hamilton. “I can confide in him, and he brings me happiness every day. When I go training, he’s sad when I leave. And when I get back, he’s super happy. It’s a funny interaction!”

Despite that unfamiliar statistic, Hamilton is just five points behind championship leader Max Verstappen. However, the upcoming Russian Grand Prix plays to Mercedes‘ strengths, which could see the Briton claw his way back in an intense title fight with the Dutchman.
