Bear Grylls says none of his friends will dine at his house after watching him eat vile food on TV

BEAR Grylls says his pals will not come over to dinner after seeing the vile grub he eats on TV.

The survivalist, 47, regularly scoffs “bad things”, including bear poo and goat’s testicles, in his shows.

And his friends fear he will cook equally dodgy meals at home.

He explained: “In the course of trying to stay alive, getting energy and protein, and all of that, I’ve eaten some bad things. Nobody ever comes around for dinner with us any longer if I’m cooking.”

The dad of three, who splits his time between London and North Wales, admitted he should have died “a thousand times” during his adventures.

Bear, in Netflix special You vs. Wild: Out Cold, added: “I don’t feel like an inspiration. I feel like somebody who has a job that is the only job I could do in this life.”

He previously revealed his worst survival dish was from a goat’s privates, which he threw up — and then had to eat again.

He joked: “They were the biggest testicles I’d ever seen since I’d had a shower that morning.”
