Love Island’s Amy Day caught copying Lucinda’s hair makeover as she and fellow ex Islanders enjoy pampering session

LOVE Island’s Lucinda Strafford has proven herself to be quite the influencer amid her co-stars as well as her Instagram followers, with fellow ex Islander Amy Day caught copying her hair makeover.

Earlier this week, Lucinda, 21, ignored claims that she wasn’t single when she entered the Love Island villa this summer as she attended Coco & Eve UK’s first ever pop-up in London.

And her old villa-mates have now followed in her footsteps, with Amy teaming up with AJ Bunker and Rachel Finni for their own Shoreditch outing this weekend.

Amy, who earned a spot in the main Love Island villa when she coupled up with Hugo Hammond after Casa Amor, even opted to get the same look at the venue’s designated Braid Bar.

She had her long brunette hair restyled into two on-trend plaits before browsing the collection of haircare, tanning, and bodycare products.

The bombshell looked chic in a quirky white halter-top over cream trousers, with Rachel and Andrea also getting their tresses seen to before leaving the pop-up.

Last month, Amy shocked Aftersun viewers when she launched a “savage” live TV attack on Hugo after their bitter split.

After the couple were reunited via video link on air, she was unable to hold her tongue – claiming she’d been “friend-zoned out of the blue” after Hugo “flipped on her”.

Amy also accused him of being “patronising” and treating the show like a “lads’ holiday” before seething: “I think Hugo is just awful with women… to sum it up, Hugo says that he wants to stay true to himself, can you not be true to everyone else at the same time?”

Hugo then turned on her, claiming she’d used him as a “green card into the villa”.

Thankfully the pair had a much more civil Aftersun experience during the official Love Island Reunion earlier this month – which was slammed by viewers at the time.
