There have been a lot of talks lately about the end of the Big 3. Even though Novak Djokovic is on a roll, the other two players of the iconic trio, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, have been dealing with injuries often and are believed to be past their prime. As such, many believe that both of them are going to retire soon. Amidst such speculation, Nadal reiterated his love for the game with a heartfelt quote.
The King of Clay said, “Whether you reach your goal or not, what brings the most happiness is knowing that you gave everything, every day, to try to achieve it. That personal satisfaction is stronger than any success.”

The 35-year-old has been highly praised for his dedication to the sport. There is no doubt that he is one of the most hard-working players on the tour. Rafa has suffered from many injuries during his time as a professional, but he bounces back every single time.
Everyone knows that Nadal has sacrificed a lot and given his absolute everything to reach where he is today. His dominance on the clay has been historic, as no player has conquered any surface as well as he has.

The Spanish star revealed on Wednesday that he will have a “tough” and “painful” recovery from a foot ailment that has forced the 20-time Grand Slam champion to miss the Wimbledon Championships and the Olympics, as well as the US Open.
Nadal was forced to withdraw from the season in August owing to an injury. He has stated that his foot is still “a little sore” when giving a presentation on his tennis academy.
