Oleksandr Usyk hails from the land of Ukraine where he was born on January 17, 1987. There’s no news on which religion he follows. And, as per Ethnic Celebs, Usyk has a Ukrainian ethnicity.

Usyk is a camera-shy individual, and he doesn’t really stay in the limelight. But, the 34-year-old keeps drawing everyone’s attention with his persona and determination to be the best.

Before becoming a professional, Usyk had won a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics. Hence, it’s no surprise that there was a lot of buzz around his debut.

He began his pro-boxing stint in 2013, and it took him very little time to succeed. He thrilled his supporters with a prolific debut win and sent shock waves in the cruiserweight roster. Making his way to the pinnacle with constant wins, Oleksandr Usyk finally got a world title shot in 2016.

Usyk still has a lot of hurdles to pass. However, considering the way he’s chalking out his career, it’s safe to say that he will surpass them easily.
