Is there a fire at the Little Rock, Arkansas recycling plant?

LITTLE Rock, Arkansas is known as the home of the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum with exhibits that replicate the Oval Office.

Among the buildings also a recycling plant that made headlines after bursting into flames.

Is there a fire at the Little Rock, Arkansas recycling plant?

On September 21, 2021, it was reported that a fire had broke out at the Goldman Recycling plant in Little Rock around 5pm.

Local journalist Caitrin Assaf shared a video on Twitter showing the clouds of black smoke coming from the flames below as fire crews continue to show up to try and extinguish the fire.

As of 7:20pm, crews were still arriving on the scene to try and control it after a local Budweiser plant located next door was evacuated.

What was the cause of the fire?

It is still unknown what the cause of the fire is.

Assaf tweeted an updating from the scene saying: “What we know: The building on fire is the Goldman Recycling plant. No word on cause of fire or injuries. It started burning around 5:00. Everyone in the Budweiser factory next door has been evacuated. A few trucks have been surrendered to the flames. Frequent propane explosions,” Assaf tweeted.”
