All the Different Types of Golf Balls Used by the Players at Ryder Cup 2020

The Ryder Cup 2020 is all set to begin at the Whistling Straits in Wisconsin. Displaying a phenomenal outing between the United States and Team Europe, the Ryder Cup is a professional men’s biennial golf tournament. Players from both teams compete against each other for three days in foursomes, four-ball, and singles formats.

Going into this year’s clash, Team Europe is the defending champion of this event. They triumphed in the 2018 edition of the tournament, held in France. However, United States holds the bragging rights with 26 overall victories, to Europe’s 14. Nevertheless, this year’s visitors have been putting in commendable performances of late.

That being said, the home team is favorites for victory as the American audience promises its significant support through an electrifying atmosphere.

Which golf balls are players using in the upcoming Ryder Cup?

Even with all the support and backing from fans, the players need the right equipment, especially the right golf balls. Notably, most of the players from both sides are using the Titleist golf balls for the event, while a few others are going in with TaylorMade, Callaway, Srixon, and Bridgestone.

Around 15 players will be using Titleist Pro V1 Max out of the 24 players on the field. Meanwhile, only four players from Team USA and five players from Team Europe will opt for different balls.
