The Masked Singer US: Iconic singer Toni Braxton revealed as Pufferfish in ‘biggest upset’ in show’s history

The Masked Singer US fans said goodbye to Pufferfish last night and it turned out to be the one and only Toni Braxton.

Season six of the hit singing competition show continued with the second episode of its premiere which saw viewers also say goodbye to Mother Nature, who was actress Vivica A. Fox.

Thursday’s episode saw the Pufferfish was voted off in the group round against The Hamster, The Skunk, The Bull, and The Baby.

Judges Robin Thicke, Nicole Scherzinger, Jenny McCarthy, and Ken Jeong gave their final guess as host Nick Cannon stated: ‘ Oh wow, this might be the biggest upset in Masked Singer history. Ever.

‘I think you guys are going to be upset you kept the Wild Card contestants over this performer’.

Nick thought it was Jessica Alba, Jenny guessed Nelly Furtado while Nicole claimed it was Monica and Ken insisted it was Zoe Saldana.

Naturally, the judges couldn’t believe their eyes with Un-Break My Heart singer, 53, took off her mask.

Earlier on in the episode, the judges gave their final picks for Mother Nature – who was also sent home as part of the premiere’s double elimination.

Actress Vivica A. Fox was not the face they had been expecting to see after guesses such as Tiffany Haddish and Tracee Ellis Ross were made.

The Masked Singer US airs Wednesdays on Fox in the US.
