Swiss tennis star Roger Federer and American former Grand Slam champion Andy Roddick have been involved in many historic matches over the years. Their rivalry began during the mid-2000s and after all these years, they have managed to remain good friends.

Recently, Roger Federer and Andy Roddick were spotted engaging in an amusing conversation. The topic of the discussion was their respective daughters. The Swiss maestro was revealing how naughty his set of twins were. On the other hand, Roddick was complaining about the issues he faces with his child.

The conversation between the two went as follows:

RF: They are as busy as ever. I don’t know, there are no slow days. I don’t know if it’s the same in your life, I’m sure. The girls are unbelievable.
AR: I get dominated by somebody this big every day.
RF: Wait till they are here! They hardly talk to you anymore. You’re almost on the verge of, like, actual problems. You wait until they come back from school… And then you’re like, so excited and they are like, eh.
AR: My kids actually still like me most of the time. We’re good, we’re good…

Coming back to tennis, Federer began his season in Doha and he lost in the initial rounds. After that, he took a brief break and returned back to the clay courts of Geneva. Next up for him was the French Open and he went as far as the fourth round as he withdrew due to lack of match fitness.

At the Wimbledon Championships, his journey ended in the quarterfinal after going down to Huber Hurkacz. He decided to end his season in order to undergo another knee surgery and come back stronger for the 2022 season.
