‘What’s wrong with him?’ Daniel Craig slated by TV hosts over blunt answer to exhausted 007 question at No Time To Die premiere

Daniel Craig was slated by presenters of Today in Australia after they were unimpressed by his answer to a question at the premiere of No Time To Die in London last night.

The 007 star was joined by Kate Middleton and Prince William as his final James Bond movie finally hit the big screen after more than a year of delays due to the pandemic.

After spending the last 18 months discussing who will replace him as the international spy, understandably he gave serious DGAF energy when asked the same question again.

When asked by Nine News’ European correspondent Brett McLeod if he had ‘any preference’ about his replacement, the 53-year-old simply said: ‘Not my problem.’

The interview aired on Today and co-hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon slammed the actor to viewers.

‘What’s wrong with him?’ Stefanovic teased.

‘It’s not hard, is it?’ added Langdon. ‘Make a bit of effort and answer a question!’ 

But the interview only went down hill from there. McLeod then asked: ‘Any sadness about this being the last time you’re going down the red carpet?’

Turns out, there is no sadness at all. ‘I don’t know how much I’ll miss this,’ he said, turning to the busy red carpet.

Then he had a similarly frosty response when asked if he’d ‘do a Sean Connery’ and play Bond again in the future.

‘Nope, definitely not,’ he said.

Regardless, the No Time To Die premiere was easily the most glamourous night London has seen in over a year, with stars of the film Rami Malek, Lashana Lynch, and Lea Seydoux all mingling with Kate and Wills at the event, while tennis ace Emma Raducanu was also among the guests.
