The second one was called Explosive Water Jumps and the third one, High Knees. The 4th and last one is; Water Sprint Bounding.

Blake further explained how these are exercises that anyone can try out, regardless of if the person is a professional. He asked the viewers to treat the pool as their best friend, and he instructed everyone to have faith in God and believe in themselves.
“Just remember as I said before don’t let anyone tell you can’t if you want to start something start don’t listen believe in yourself trust god at all times make the pool become your best friend,” said Blake.
He additionally shared one of his life’s mottos, “Beat the ice by a great night”.
