1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has taken to Instagram to warn fans about a scammer who has been impersonating her on the social media app.
Tuesday saw the TLC star posted a screenshot from the fake account (official_tammyslaton) as she urged followers not to send money to the person pretending to be her.
‘THIS PERSON IS NOT ME DO NOT SENT ANY MONEY TO THE PERSON,’ the 33-year-old wrote alongside the image.
At the time of posting, the fake account 923 followers and had details for a cashapp account in the biography section.
Tammy’s followers thanked her to the warning message as one wrote: ‘tammy thank you so much for sharing this, you are a real woman😍😮’
Others revealed they had nearly been conned as another added: ‘Ohh I almost did’.

Some fans began to compaign for the report to be taken down as one wrote: ‘Everybody needs to report the account for impersonating you… people are so weird!’
‘Ugh is there anyway you can get their page taken down? They shouldn’t be allowed to pretend to be you!’ another added.
One follower fumed: ‘How dare they!!! #bullies’.

Meanwhile, the trailer for season three of Tammy’s hit show dropped online this month as fans prepare to get an update on the lives of the Slaton sisters.
