Dancing with the Stars 2021 LIVE – Jojo Siwa & Jenna get first 9 as Melanie C gets emotional after performance with Gleb

DANCING with the Stars’ Monday night show kicked off with JoJo Siwa and her dance partner Jenna getting the first 9s of the season as Melanie C got emotional after her performance with Gleb.

Jojo Siwa and Jenna danced the Viennese Waltz to “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes” and received the first 9’s of the season from the judges.

Following Melanie C and Gleb’s Mary Poppins performance, the pair scored 7, 8, 8, and 8, and the singer appeared to tear up when talking about her mom.

The Spice Girl, who explained how her mom worked hard to pay the bills when she was a child, danced to “Step In Time.”

All contestants will be doing two Disney dances this year — one for “Heroes” and one for “Villains.” The dances will take place over two nights this week.
