Win an Xbox Series X that looks like SpongeBob SquarePants or Leo from TMNT

Not available in stores (pic: Microsoft)

If you want the most exclusive – and colourful – Xbox Series X console you can’t do better than this one for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.

Given the massive stock problems they’re still enduring, Sony hasn’t really bothered with special edition PlayStation 5 consoles yet, but the Xbox Series X has dabbled with them – with a Halo Infinite version due out this Christmas.

That one’s relatively subtle and still the sort of thing you’d want in your living room, but these two for SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles… are probably not.

You can’t buy either of them but instead they’re part of a special prize draw for the recently released Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, which you basically have next to no chance of winning.

You can check out the rules here, which are open to fans in the UK, but basically all you have to do is follow @Xbox on Twitter and retweet the post below, including the hashtag #XboxAllStarBrawlSweepstakes

That’s all there is too it, so as long as you do that by October 24 you’re in with a chance… albeit an extremely small chance.

Considering how striking the designs are it’s a little surprising the consoles aren’t being offered up for sale as normal, but that’s probably because of the stock issues.

The designs do give an idea of the sort of thing Microsoft and others would be coming up with if stock shortages weren’t a problem, although in the meantime there are plenty of vinyl skins you can buy if you want your console to look more unique – there’s even alternative covers for the PlayStation 5.

As for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, it’s a Super Smash Bros. clone that’s not that great but not so awful that if you really like the characters you can’t get some fun out of it.
