Kim Kardashian has scored the $60million (£44m) mansion she built with ex Kanye West after the former couple negotiate a buyout price amid their divorce.
The amicable exes have been working on the division of their assets ever since they announced their split in February, with TMZ now reporting that Kim, 40, will remain in the Hidden Hills Estate with her four children.
It had been reported for months that Kim would get the former couple’s iconic mega-mansion so their four children (daughters North, eight, and Chicago, three, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, two) can remain in their family home.
Now court documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday claim the Skims founder will become the sole owner of the home after ‘extremely cordial’ negotiations which saw her pay the 44-year-old rapper ‘in cash’.
The publication previously claimed that Kim was keen to remain in the home because she ‘really likes the house’ and the fact most of her family live ‘within a block of her in the same community’.
