Adele fans hoping for a tour may be in with some luck, with the star dishing on her plans to get back on the road amid the release of her new single Easy On Me.

The star has made her musical comeback with the same kind of soulful ballad we’ve come to know and love from the Brit singer, as we eagerly anticipate her album 30 on November 19.

Doing the promo rounds on Friday morning as everyone streamed Easy On Me – her first new track in six years – a bajillion times, Adele dropped some major hints we may be seeing a tour as soon as rules allow.

Speaking to the Zoe Ball Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2 this morning, she said of any potential tour: ‘I dont have solid plans because of Covid, it’s so hard to plan a global tour, in person.’

She added ‘we have a few options in the pipeline’ and will work out what is ‘most doable’, but after having to cancel her Wembley dates in the past, she insisted ‘I don’t want to be cancelling anything again.’

Adele then joked: ‘Maybe I’ll be busking in the Tube!’

The star also slammed rumours she had a conversation with Celine Dion about a Vegas residency, joking speculation a Vegas residency in 2022 was on the cards as coming ‘out of someone’s a**e’.

She said: ‘That’s absolutely not true.’

Adele explained: ‘I saw Celine when I went to go and see her for Alan [Carr] and Paul’s [Drayton] wedding.

‘I took them to Vegas to go and watch Celine afterward which was the night of my life.

‘But I certainly wasn’t like, “Hey, can I talk to you a minute about doing a Vegas residency?”

‘That was like six years ago!

‘No, that’s not true but I adore her, I love her. She can give us advice anytime.’

Talking about the release of the music, she explained she ‘wanted to go for an old school roll out’ for her album, and mused the ‘anticipation’ of new music was undervalued.

She said: ‘I really wanted to go for, like, an old school rollout, which is hilarious, because most of it relied on social media, which isn’t so old school, but just so the anticipation, I think it’s really, really important, and I feel like a lot of newer, younger artists are just told and taught to undervalue their own art, which does not sit right with me, so I’m trying to, sort of, also maybe inspire some of them to not give it all away at once.’

30 will be released November 19. Easy On Me is out now.
