I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! contestants for the 2021 series were teased over on Ant and Dec’s Twitter on Friday evening, to the shock and delight of the popular series co-hosts.
This year promises a stellar line-up, with the claps, laughs, gasps and exclamations of ‘very good!’ from the Geordie duo in the video suggesting good things are coming.
Unfortunately, the photos remained for their eyes only at this stage, but we were still treated to some interesting reactions from the long-standing presenting team.
With Ant and Dec sat at a table, a show executive presented them with headshots of the confirmed I’m A Celeb cast as the show ramps up its 2021 preparation.
The first revealed contestant excited both of the presenters, with the duo clapping before Dec laughed and Ant pumped his fists with a ‘Yes! We love it’ and Dec followed up with ‘very, very good’
There were then oohs, aahs, yeses, mm-hmms and even an open-mouthed speechless reaction from Dec to one.
Ant then declared: ‘We’re happy!’, with Dec adding: ‘That’s brilliant.’
Dec then stood up to take in the full spread of photos on the table before them as the two tried to guess who would be put up for the first Bushtucker trial.
As he and Ant simultaneously pointed to a photo over on the left, the team behind the camera cracked up.
‘It is though, isn’t it?’, said Ant. ‘First trial, second trial, third trial…’ he continued, pointing at the same unseen contestant’s headshot.
Colour us intrigued by that confident prediction.

The video was posted with the gleeful caption ‘Bring. It. ON!! #ImACeleb’, accompanied by a starry eyed emoji and a castle emoji.
Good Morning Britain presenter Richard Madeley is one of the stars said to be lined up, with reports he’s agreed to a deal worth £200,000.
EastEnders star Adam Woodyatt and Coronation Street’s Lucy Fallon have also been rumoured for an appearance alongside former Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips.
There have also been whispers of Little Mix’s Jade Thirwall, Love Island breakout contestant Liberty Poole and ex BBC Breakfast presenter Louise Minchin featuring.

For the second year in a row, the series will be held at Gwrych Castle, as confirmed in August, after the logistics in moving it back to the Australian jungle proved ‘too tricky’.
Just like 2020, ITV bosses will also be sticking to strict health and safety protocols to ensure the cast and crew are protected as best they can be as the Covid pandemic continues.

A spokesperson confirmed to Metro.co.uk that the celebrities will quarantine for a fortnight with regular testing prior to heading into the castle.
They will then form a bubble for the duration of their time on the show.
