Since 2017, Peter, who is one of the UK’s most successful comedians of all time, has rarely been seen in public.

He cancelled a sell out comeback tour due to  “unforeseen family circumstances” in 2017 and since then has made only sporadic returns to the public eye.

Since then, he’s spent most of his time out of the limelight, only appearing for screenings of his shows to raise money for charity.

He appeared at special screenings of Car Share in April 2018, which raised money for The Lily Foundation.

Kay has called it “an inspiring charity” that improves the lives of children with mitochondrial disease.

The Car Share satr returned to the stage for the first time in years this summer to perform a charity gig to raise funds for 21-year-old cancer patient Laura Nuttall.

Meanwhile Peter has seen the value of his firm Hussein Traders go up by £3million up from £7.6m to £10.2m.

The rise was driven after he added £15.1 in new investments and an £800,000 boost to his cash reserves.

But after after taking into account creditors owed money the company was up £3 million on the previous year.

His other main company Good Night Vienna Productions rose in value by £50,000 to £24.8 million.
