Girl, 13, killed as she crossed the road and hit by blue Vauxhall exiting roundabout

A 13-YEAR-OLD girl was killed while crossing the road after a car crashed into her.

The blue Vauxhall Astra collided with the youngster as it exited Whitfield Hill in Dover, Kent.

The girl – who has not been named – was pronounced dead at the scene on the A256 at Whitfield Hill.

Police have launched an appeal for witnesses.
