Succession star Brian Cox caught the attention of the cameras with a bold addition to his outfit at the season 3 premiere in London with a nod to his alter-ego’s catchphrase.

It’s the show everyone’s talking about, and on Friday night, Brian, 75, made sure it would continue to remain so as he stepped out on the red carpet at the London Film Festival for the glitzy event.

The Scottish star and his wife, Nicole Ansari-Cox wore matching ‘f*** off’ face masks to accessorise their outfits in a hilarious reminder of Brian’s formidable character, Logan Roy.

His mask also featured the slogan ‘#TeamLoganRoy’ in another act of appreciation to his on-screen self.

Uproxx reported Brian’s character utters the words ‘f*** off’ 75 times in the first two seasons – and that’s before adding in the number of times the phrase appears in the episodes to be released on Monday.

His wife sported a beautiful red floor-length gown with a cross-front neckline.

The pair looked delighted ahead of the screening of the newest episode of Succession, which has quickly become a favourite of fans on streaming services.

Season three of Succession is promising to be the best yet, with some huge twists and turns to come.

The recently released trailer shows Brian’s character Logan on a revenge mission after a bombshell dropped by his son Kendall Roy (Jeremy Strong).

At the end of the previous season, fans saw Kendall publicly denounce his father in shocking scenes, which marked the start of a turbulent conflict in the Roy family.

Season three jumps back in as the pair try to deal with their public fallout, which is surely only set to get nastier.

The upcoming batch of episodes has even more stellar cast additions joining the already impressive crop of actors.

The trailer also reveals first looks at Adrien Brody and Alexander Skarsgard in the show, with the pair joining as new cast members.

The end of the snippet from the third season sees Logan issue a stark reminder about the realities of living a very public life, saying: ‘This life is not for everyone. It’s a number on a piece of paper. It’s a fight for a knife in the mud.’

Succession season 3 will be available from Monday 18 October on Sky Atlantic and streaming service NOW.
