WATCH: LeBron James Always Wins Over His Fans, Even After the Game

A small gesture from a star player towards his fans can go a long way. Something as small as offering $300 shoes can keep a young fan inspired for life. So if LeBron James can give away his LeBron X or LeBron 18 ‘Dynasty’ sneakers, that’s a drop on his part and an ocean for the lucky taker.

In the last few days, the Lakers fans have got little to celebrate with their team going 0-6 in the preseason. Even the stars failed to deliver as per expectations. Yet, something the Akron Hammer did, definitely won many hearts.

LeBron James with a small gift to a little Bron

Recently, the Sacramento Kings defeated the Lakers 116-112 after a dominant first quarter. Even with LeBron James scoring his 2021 preseason-high of 30 points, the Lake Show failed to impress. However, it was something the 4x champion did while on the bench that was rather heartwarming.

The 36-YO gave away his game-worn shoes to a young fan who had the #6 white Lakers jersey on. Take a close look at how Rajon Rondo gave this an attentive side look as LeBron made this cutie’s day.

Well, Russell Westbrook did a similar thing recently when he slapped an adult fan’s hands to ensure a kid gets hold of his sneakers.

The L-Train and the interesting tales of giveaways

LeBron James does it quite often when he gives away his shoes. Remember the Lakers vs Suns night when the former won 123-115 and the Lakers broke the assist record? Also, not to forget the night Utah commentators wrongfully judged Bron’s kind gesture as a mean move.

This came up during the final moments of the Lakers vs Jazz game on December 4, 2019. In that game, the Lakers, winning 121-96, saw LeBron celebrating on the court without his shoes. Notably, one of the commentators failed to notice he had given his yellow Nikes to a fan and called it a “disrespect”

Looks like giving away things for free can have more cost than the price tag. So you tell us, if given a chance, which player’s shoes would you want? We’re awaiting your interesting comments.
