A GLASS pyramid home has gone up for sale in Hawaii for $120,000.

The unusual house sits proudly in the vicinity of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park in the aptly named town of Volcano – which has 3,570 residents.

Most of the neighbors are farmers who grow bananas, tea, vegetables, citrus fruits, and bamboo.

Tucked into the Royal Hawaiian Estates neighborhood, the area is worlds apart from the tourist-heavy destinations of Waikiki or Lahaina.

This mystical-looking pyramid was erected in 2019. Double-glazed half-walls of glass are reinforced by a metal frame.

Inside the home, you’re surrounded by views of nature.

Measuring just 356 square feet, the current configuration includes a bedroom and home office in an open layout.

Included in the listing – outside the pyramid – is a covered dining area and an exterior rock enclosure with a sink, toilet, and bathroom.

There’s also a system for off-grid power and dual catchment tanks for water.

It’s equipped with LED lighting so you can see after nightfall.

The pyramid is equivalent to the size of a studio, and the listing refers to the dwelling as a “futuristic spectacle.”

The pyramid sits on a quarter-acre lot and a buyer could opt to build a larger home and keep the pyramid as a studio or guest housing.
