Great British Bake Off host Noel Fielding was forced to miss judging for the showstopper on tonight’s episode, after he became ill.
The comedian, 48, had been present for most of the episode and caused his usual chaos with co-host Matt Lucas in the tent.
However, he was nowhere to be seen as the GBBO contestants prepared for their final creations to be given the once over by judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.
Sharing an update, Matt informed the budding bakers: ‘He’s feeling a little under the weather,’ before the show continued.
There was no further information over Noel’s health, leaving viewers at home concerned.
Flocking to Twitter, one questioned: ‘#GBBO Where’s Noel disappeared too?’

‘What was wrong with Noel, he was there a minute ago having a laugh, now he’s a bit under the weather! #GBBO,’ another replied.
‘Judgement, let’s gooo! No Noel though? Come on, he’s the host that’s keeping this show together. #gbbo,’ a viewer questioned.
As a Twitter user added: ‘Now I can’t focus on the showstoppers??!! WHERE’S NOEL, is he okay??!! #GBBO.’
Without Noel by his side, it was up to Matt to both crown star baker, and share the name of the contestant who had been sent home.
Giuseppe beat out stiff competition from his fellow Channel 4 co-stars to be named Star Baker, after impressing Paul and Prue throughout German week.
Unfortunately, Freya was then eliminated, leaving many others in the tent in tears.

‘Genuinely, I think it’s the best experience of my life,’ the teenager said.
‘I do feel really proud to have even just been able to keep up.’
The rest of the bakers will be returning to the tent in next week’s instalment, with Noel hopefully well enough to join them.
Great British Bake Off continues on Tuesdays at 8pm on Channel 4.
