By adding the middle Sunday, organizers can spread the fourth-round matches over two days in sync with the other Grand Slams events. Besides, there will also be an addition of the Under-14 Junior event, which will begin in the second week of the competition.
The ticketing system will be more normal as compared to the 2021 edition. There will not be a Wimbledon Public Ballot for The Championships 2022. Spectators who were successful in the 2020 Wimbledon Public Ballot and took up their ticket offer will be offered the same day and court for 2022.
