The bittersweet relationship between Nick Kyrgios and Novak Djokovic has been tennis’ favorite conversation for years now. Moreover, the Australian maverick’s bantering is also quite hilarious. Interestingly, Kyrgios once again took a friendly hit at the Serbian World No.1 during an Instagram Q&A.
Notably, Kyrgios has been behind Djokovic for more than one reason. Be it for hosting the Adria Cup during the pandemic or doing the winning celebration, Kyrgios has actively teased his ATP Tour compatriot. Notably, since he also has a 2-0 h2h record against Djokovic, he has denied considering the Serb eligible for the ‘GOAT’ title in the past. (GOAT: acronym for Greatest of all time)

Recently, the 26-year-old Aussie star took part in a Q&A with fans on his Instagram Story. As a result, he inevitably came across a question regarding Novak Djokovic.
Interestingly, a fan asked Nick Kyrgios what he would do if he were trapped on a desert island with the Serb? Being his usual witty self, Nick answered, “Play hide and go seek.”

Indeed, the untitled chemistry between Kyrgios and Djokovic is one of the entertaining ones in the tennis society. That is one of the reasons why fans desperately hope to see the two giants face each other on the tennis court again.
Unfortunately for fans, the duo met only twice in 2017 and haven’t competed against each other ever since. However, both the times, Acapulco and Indian Wells, Kyrgios beat Djokovic in two straight sets.

Is Djokovic going to play in the 2021 season?
Since his US Open heartbreak, fans have been waiting to hear from Djokovic about his return to the sport. Notably, it was recently confirmed that he will be playing Paris Masters 1000, ATP Finals Turin, and the Davis Cup.
