I’m 56, my girlfriend is 52 and we’ve been together for ten years. We used to have very good and regular sex.

But over the past few years, it’s happened less and less. I’m lucky if we are intimate once every three months.
We’ve both been through a stressful time. I lost my dad to Covid and she is going through the menopause, which has hit her libido.
Sometimes I find it hard to get an erection. I know sex isn’t the be-all and end-all of a relationship but this is making me miserable.
Is sex over for us now?
