Joaquin Buckley to Return to UFC Action in a Banger- Will Feature at UFC Fight Night in January

The UFC has added another exciting bout to the card of an upcoming event. Middleweight fighter Joaquin Buckley will return to action and take on Abdul Razak Alhassan inside the cage in a three-round scrap.

This exciting middleweight bout between the knockout masters will take place on 15 January. While the promotion has yet to make an official announcement, MMA Ideas posted the news on their official Instagram page.

Both the unranked middleweight fighters have bounced back into the win column after a defeat in their previous bouts. They will look for ways to stay in the green in order to cement their position in the middleweight roster of UFC.

Abdul Razak Alhassan was undefeated before his UFC debut. The 36-year-old is a skilled finisher who has secured all of his 11 wins via T/KO. He claimed the ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus in his first octagon match.

After losing his second bout, he claimed three wins on the trot. Unfortunately for him, he has won just one out of four fights since 2020.

Meanwhile, ‘New Mansa’ has an amazing 13-4 professional fighting record with ten knockout wins under his name. He lost his first fight in the UFC, but quickly made his way back to the win column. Buckley is 3-2 in the promotion. Akin to his opponent, he will also want to win two in a row.
