Drag Race UK series 3: Fourth queen eliminated after new bottom two twist

Drag Race UK eliminated another queen after the previous episode saw all remaining contestants sent through to the next stage.

No queens were eliminated last week following everyone’s favourite task, in which two drag supergroups were formed.

Charity Kase faced off with Scarlett Harlett to lip sync for their lives, but they were both told to shantay and stick around for another week.

But in a slight case of déjà vu, it was the same duo who ended up in the bottom two in Thursday’s episode.

Another twist came after the remaining queens were asked who they believed should have to lip-sync, with the pair receiving the most votes.

It was ultimately Charity who had to sashay away after a fierce lip-sync to Big Spender by Shirley Bassey.

Charity said a fitting goodbye, telling the camera: ‘Thank you for the opportunity, for the stage, and for showing my drag to the world. I wish you a wonderful season.

‘I’m really proud to be representing alternative drag and I’m happy with everything I’ve done here.

‘I hope there’s somebody out there who sees themselves in me and can be inspired by what I have brought to the show.’

Charity also left a very on-brand message on the mirror saying, ‘See you in your nightmares skanks! I love you all. Charity Kase.’

In the latest episode, the queens were tasked with creating an infomercial for a new Alexa-inspired device, Draglexa.

Scarlett and Krystal were made team captains and were asked to choose their team of queens after winning the mini-challenge.

Team Scarlett consisted of Kitty Scott-Claus, Choriza May and Ella Vaday, and Vanity Milan, Charity Kase, and River Medway joined team Krystal.

The queens later took to the runway to deliver their looks, with category Spenny Henny! – expensive drag.

Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock joined RuPaul, Michelle Visage and Alan Carr on the judging panel.

Drag Race UK can be streamed on BBC iPlayer on Thursdays from 7pm.
