Assassin’s Creed Valhalla- Leaks Suggest a Major Exciting Update Is on the Horizon

The latest content update in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is taking players on a journey through ninth-century Norway and England, helping them learn more about vikings and their history with the Viking Age Tour. But before the fans could experience the event completely, datamining efforts for the next expansion had already begun.

Ubisoft refuses to give out any key details about the second year of expansions after confirming the next expansion is already in the works. On the other hand, insiders have taken the liberty to do so on behalf of the gaming company. Datamining efforts regarding the Viking Tour update suggest the next major arc could be called ‘Dawn of Ragnarök’.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Ragnarök’s Rise from Ashes

While glimpses of Ragnarök have been observed in the game before, the third expansion is set to revolve around the creature. Assassin’s Creed leaker, j0nathan, explains the possible content for the next arc, connecting dots with all the teasers from the devs in his latest video. In his datamining efforts, he also mined details that could be achievements/trophy lists of the coming update.

Ubisoft previously teased Muspelheim, whose forces, as per Eurogamer, look to storm Svartalfheim, hinting that the expansion could take place in the dwarven realm of Svartalfheim.

Additionally, the protagonist, Eivor, might finally have the chance to expand his arsenal with new weapons and abilities. Some of these might be the ability to fly like a crow, invisibility, teleportation using arrows, ice powers, the resurrection of enemies, and a new spear according to the reports.

The achievements/trophy list in the leaks include:

All territories of Svartalfheim
Fully upgrading Odin’s Bracer
All Dwarven Shelters
30 enemies with an Atgeir
Teleport assassinate two enemies and fly away without being detected
