Kristen Bell has claimed she’s ‘never been more in love’ with her husband Dax Shepard than when he helped to unclog her milk duct while she was breastfeeding.
The 41-year-old shares two daughters with her husband, eight-year-old Lincoln and six-year-old Delta, and the Frozen star revealed how the CHiPs star helped to relieve a blocked milk duct by sucking it out of her breast.
Speaking to Katie Lowes during her Momsplaining segment on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Good Place actress rewatched a 2018 clip in which she discussed the moment.
‘I said to my husband, “I just need you to suck this out”,’ she said at the time. ””We could talk about it. We could be weird about it, or you could just go ahead and nurse.”‘
She continued: ‘He pulled it out. He had a cup next to him. He was pulling out and spitting into this cup, and I’ve never been more in love in my life.’
On the latest episode of Momsplaining, the Veronica Mars star gushed about the effectiveness of the method as she stated: ‘It works.’

Her guest Katie revealed that although her husband Adam Shapiro ‘never had to nurse out a clog,’ he has told her ‘numerous times’ he ‘would do it’ if she needed it.
Frozen star Kristen never specified which of her two pregnancies resulted in the ‘three mastitises’ that she needed help with.

A clogged milk duct often results in a painful condition called mastitis, which is the ‘inflammation of breast tissue that sometimes involves an infection,’ as described by Mayo Clinic.
The trip down memory lane comes after Kristen and her husband made headlines after revealing they don’t bathe their children everyday and are fans of ‘waiting for the stink’.
