Gervonta Davis and His Camp Clap Back at Jake Paul: “He a Clown Five Times”
Gervonta Davis and Jake Paul are at it again. The two pugilists live in each other’s minds rent-free. Davis, the unbeaten boxer who trains under the expert tutelage of Floyd Mayweather, was on the receiving end of many of Paul’s Twitter rants. Although, this time around, it seems like ‘Tank’ hurt Paul with his comments.
In his most recent press conference, Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis called his opponent Rolly Romero a clown, like Jake Paul. Paul took offense to this and posted a bunch of tweets making fun of Tank and his mentor Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather. In a recent video released by ES News, the cameraman is seen asking Davis what he thinks of Paul’s reply.
Davis replies saying, “He a clown again”. Members from his camp then started saying, “He a clown five times”, and began laughing at Paul’s expense. Davis did not seem to care about the Jake Paul question as he went back to his training. Paul definitely does try to trash talk Davis, but ‘Tank’ seems unaffected by it all.
The five-time world champion Gervonta Davis is currently training for his next fight.

Gervonta Davis vs Rolly Romero
Gervonta Davis will face Rolando ‘Rolly’ Romero on Sunday, December 5, live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Davis and Romero will finally end their rivalry with the WBA lightweight title on the line. Both fighters are unbeaten and Mayweather promotions promote both, which made this fight an instant sell-out.

Davis made it clear that he will put on a show come December 5 and light up the Staples Center. “Romero is going to be sorry that he signed this contract. I’m going to punish him for as long as this fight lasts. Everyone knows I’m coming for the knockout, so make sure you get a ticket or buy the pay-per-view. Los Angeles is where the stars shine, and I’m going to be ready to put on a show on December 5 in front of all the stars.”
