WWE Legend Believes Stone Cold Steve Austin Had the Midas Touch

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle recently talked about “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. The Olympic gold medalist shared his experience of working with the Texas Rattlesnake and how the bond was between the two wrestlers.

Steve Austin is one of the biggest WWE Superstars ever and has competed in many epic matches and has given fans a plethora of memories to look back to.

The wrestling industry was familiar with Austin and his wrestling style. However, his legendary mic skills and attitude were something that made him stand above everyone else. His rivalry with The Rock, Mankind, Kurt Angle, and Triple H are some of the best in WWE history.

Kurt Angle and Steve Austin face each other many times and whenever they competed, it was always a treat for all wrestling fans. Recently, on The Kurt Angle Show, Angle shared his experience with Austin.

In the recent The Kurt Angle Show, Angle talked about Steve Austin, and how the way Austin worked amazed him. He was asked about a RAW episode that had a funny skit promo.

Angle said, “Yes, I love this kind of company and Austin was really good at it. You know the crazy thing about Austin he was over as a baby, he was over as a heel. Uh! Anything he did, anything he touched turned into gold um, he was able to make the most out of anything especially the pre-tapes and you know he improvised a lot of it and it was just crazy how good he was.”

Kurt Angle and Steve Austin had a major rivalry during their WWE career. Both superstars always fought hard for the WWE Championship and made the fans go crazy.

Angle also talked about a segment where Austin smashed him after the match with the WWE Title. The match was a tag team match between Jericho and Angle against Taz and RVD. After Angle pins Taz, Austin hits him from behind with the title belt.

Angle was pretty impressed as Austin nailed every type of character he played as a heel or a babyface.

Ange said, “Oh! Yes, as I said before you know Everything he did turned into gold everything he did. Even, you know the redneck character was actually super over. You know the beer drinker and whether he was a baby or a heel um, he was able to get himself over to a degree that was above everybody else.”
