Jake Paul Demands Major Change in Boxing, Wants Commercials Completely Eliminated

Jake Paul tweeted out and called for a change during the Shakur Stevenson vs Jamel Herring bout. While he was watching the super-featherweight main event, ‘The Problem Child’ took to Twitter to express his frustration. It was quite a change from the usual trolls and disses that he engages in against his opponents/ potential opponents on the platform.

The 4-0 boxer tweeted, “Get rid of these commercials in the corner, man. I’m trying to hear what coaches and fighters are saying. That’s one of the best parts of boxing.”

That’s one of the best parts of boxing

During boxing fights, the streams run ads in between the rounds. This means that fans do not get to listen to the fighters’ corners talking to their fighters. It is something that many boxing fans dislike. Hence, they are now rallying with the 24-year-old to make this change.

The Shakur Stevenson vs Jamel Herring fight took place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. ‘Fearless’ Stevenson won this WBO Junior lightweight championship contest after outclassing ‘Semper Fi’ Herring via a round 10 finish. As Shakur Stevenson beat the WBO king, the Atlanta crowd witnessed the passing of the torch moment.

Jake Paul trolled Gervonta Davis and Floyd Mayweather on his Twitter

It all started when Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis used Jake Paul’s name in his press conference for his December 5 fight against Rolando Romero. In their first press conference, Davis called his opponent a clown, like Jake Paul.

‘The Problem Child’ did not take this lightly and immediately took to his Instagram and Twitter to get back at ‘Tank’ Davis and Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather.

Gervonta Davis and Floyd Mayweather both beat up their baby mothers. That’s what you call a fucking clown. Two clowns don’t make a right.

Jake Paul changed his Twitter handle to Clownman69 and tweeted, “This clown makes double your purse in my 4th fight.. this clown double’s your PPV buys.. and is double your height. Gervonta should’ve fought me in kindergarten when we were the same height.”
