JJ Redick Labels Stephen Curry a ‘Psycho’ for His Insane Shooting Practices

Golden State Warriors have had an incredible start to the 2021-22 NBA season. The Warriors have won three out of three in the regular season and Curry has been the primary reason. Stephen Curry has averaged 31 points per game in the first three games powering the Warriors to their best start since their record-breaking 73-win campaign six seasons ago.

Chef Curry is proving that the success of the Warriors depends on him despite the franchise improving their roster. Warriors won big time in 2009 when they drafted Curry. In fact, they wouldn’t know until 2013, when they realize they have one of the best shooters on their roster.

The ‘Baby Faced Assassin’ went on to win two MVPs and revolutionized the game by inspiring teams to focus more on three-pointers. By doing this, he has earned a lot of praise for former and current NBA greats. Former Magic star JJ Redick recently praised Curry in a recent interview.

JJ Redick praises Stephen Curry and calls him a ‘psycho’

In a recent episode of his podcast on YouTube, JJ Redick talked about Stephen Curry. During the podcast, Redick was asked to share his opinion on Curry’s trainer’s comment on his shooting. It was reported that ‘if the ball failed to drop through the middle of the rim, Curry and Payne simply counted that attempt as a missed shot.’

To this, Redick replied, “Steph is a psycho for that.”

“Steph is a Patrick Bateman for that.”

Many regard Curry as the best shooter of all time. But best doesn’t mean there’s no more space to improve. The Ohio-born star knows this, and he keeps on working on his shooting.

Klay Thompson is also set to make his comeback this season and with his arrival, the Warriors would be more dangerous. The ‘Splash Brothers’ could unite and help the team secure the playoff berth after a two-season hiatus.
