Update your iPhone NOW for three amazing features with iOS 15.1

A NEW iPhone update is here and it comes with some pretty cool features.

Apple has now released iOS 15.1 along with iPadOS 15.1 and you’re urged to update your devices for security reasons.

The update will also give iPhone users a new ‘SharePlay’ tool that works like watch party.

SharePlay will let you enjoy media with friends over FaceTime.

You can watch videos or look at memes together via compatible apps.

SharePlay for Fitness+ has also been introduced, meaning you can sync workouts with your friends, family or even clients if you’re an instructor.

Apple TVs will let you watch the shared video on the big screen.

Apple is also adding a new Auto Macro camera feature.

You’ll be able to turn the mode off on an iPhone 13 Pro if you’re not using it.

Some people have complained about the Auto Macro feature, which automatically kicks in if it detects an object within 5.5 inches.

ProRes video capture is also being added for the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

If you’re based in the US, you will also be able to add your Covid vaccination card to Apple Wallet.

Bug fixes are also included in the update so it’s worth doing as soon as possible.

Go to Settings, General, Software Update and then you should be able to click to update if you haven’t already.
