TikToker user @skillsoverpolitic said: “Facebook is tracking every app that you visit.

“If you do online banking, they’re tracking when you click on your banking online app through your phone.”

She then goes onto explain that she was “tripping” in shock when she saw this.

To see your own Off-Facebook Activity you need to go to Settings on the app, find Your Facebook Information and then click on “Off-Facebook Activity”.

The TikToker then explains how to clear all the off platform app information that Facebook has been tracking.

That’s easy to do as you just click “Clear History”.

A message should pop up saying “Your activity has been cleared”.

The apps that has previously been listed in the section should disappear.

The TikToker then directs users to the More Options button.

Here, you can download the information collected about you or manage any future data collection.
