A Place in the Sun’s Danni Menzies NOT impressed as couple walk out halfway through viewing
A Place in The Sun presenter, Danni Menzies, was left frustrated by an unhappy couple after they walked out of a house viewing.
The presenter showed the picky pair a string of viewings- but unfortunately, no listing was to their liking.

The property manager was enlisted to aid a Welsh couple in their plans to relocate to sunny Spain.
Diane and David were looking for their perfect home in Almeria, with Danni showing them 5 different properties from her list.
The presenter quickly got irritated by the pair on the classic episode of the Channel 4 real estate show.
The couple seemed to have several issues with each property, getting so upset with Danni’s picks, they ended up walking out on the viewing.
The Welsh couple had a budget of £150,000 but unfortunately, no property seemed to meet their requirements.
“It’s got some nice features that they’ve kept, doesn’t it?”

“It has got some nice features, nooks and crannies,” Diane agreed.
Her husband chimed in: “It’s very tastefully done.” However, Danni wasn’t convinced by their positive feedback.
“I’m not getting the same excitement off you and the same feeling of you we got in the previous property,” she admitted.
“No, I think for me if I’m honest, the drive along the road – it feels more rural, more isolated.
“And I know that we want that but it just feels almost like it’s one step a little bit too far for me.”
“I think maybe the stairs are a little bit of an issue that I hadn’t considered, it’s probably going be a bit difficult with my knees if I’m honest.”
David said: “It’s going to come down to the practicalities of the amount of stairs, the isolation, driving back and forth.”.
Danni seemed equally as frustrated that she couldn’t meet the pair’s hefty list of requirements.
