The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills once again turned to Erika Jayne’s legal woes in the third episode of the reunion special.

Season 11 on the Bravo series documented the reality star’s surprising decision to divorce lawyer Tom Girardi and their subsequent legal woes regarding embezzlement claims in a November 2020 lawsuit.

Shortly after news of their decision to split, the former couple was accused of embezzling money ‘to fund their lavish lifestyle’, which Erika has continuously denied.

Wednesday’s episode saw the 50-year-old reality star grilled by host Andy Cohen, 53, about her level of knowledge about the allegations her estranged husband had ’embezzled millions’ of dollars, some of which was meant to go to ‘widows and orphans who lost loved ones in the tragic crash of Lion Air Flight 610.’

Andy began: ‘So, the first question that came up was, ”What did Erika know?”. Did you have any sense that this alleged theft was happening?,’ Andy began.

‘I do not work at Girardi & Keese. All the financials are kept there,’ Erika replied, referencing the downtown Los Angeles firm founded by Tom.

When Andy pressed further and asked: ‘The answer is no?’

‘There’s your answer,’ Erika simply replied.

Another moment in the episode saw the reality star blast her co-stars for saying she has acted like a ‘victim’ throughout her mounting legal and financial woes.

‘I have never said I was the victim. I am not a victim,’ the How Many F**ks? singer insisted.

When her co-star Sutton Stracke stated that she had been made to look like a victim, the Pretty Mess author couldn’t resist snapping back.

She snarled: ‘Are you f**king kidding me? My life is upside down, Sutton. How can I not be broken? How can I not be sad? How can I not be tired? How can I not be exhausted?’

The reality star explained that she has had to be careful about what she said when the cameras were rolling.

‘You also understand that there is a real boundary as to where I can and cannot go. However, if anyone in these cases has been proven wronged, I want them remedied,’ she stated. ‘Despite what you read, I have done everything they have asked.’

She continued: ‘I have never said that I’m the victim. I am not a victim. I am simply surviving this. There is a very limited way in which I can express myself, because we all know everything will be picked apart, parsed and possibly turned against me.

‘That is why you see me answer in certain ways… It is best in any of these situations to be quiet. What did I do? I chose to say as much as I possibly could, and I still may have f**ked myself up, alright?’

The fourth and final part of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 reunion airs on November 3 on Bravo in the US, and is available to stream on hayu in the UK.
