Jungkook has done both BTS and Harry Styles fans proud after delivering a stunning cover of the singer’s hit ballad Falling.

Falling features on Harry’s 2019 album Fine Line and was released as a single last year, reaching number 15 on the UK singles chart.

The piano-led ballad is one of the strongest cuts on the album and a firm fan-favourite but Jungkook has done it justice.

His cover was released on Thursday night and sees him stick closely to Harry’s original, using the same lyrics while turning the piano up a key.

Reacting to his impressive rendition, one fan tweeted: ‘Jungkook covering Harry Styles?! What is this perfect world?????’

‘Popular opinion:Jungkook’s voice can bring you to heaven,’ another said.

‘Jungkook’s voice is extremely soothing. His vocals are just beyond heavenly and so calming,’ one fan agreed.

A new converted BTS fan added: ‘I’m not a fan of bts nor jungkook, but daannnggg!! this is so good! i’m impressed.’

Praising Jungkook’s vocals, one said: ‘Jungkook hitting the high note in Falling by Harry Styles ?!?’

Even Jungkook’s BTS bandmate J-Hope delivered his verdict on the cover and commented: ‘When did you make this (song).. it’s great.’

Harry himself is yet to comment on the remix but no doubt he approves.

It comes after BTS returned to the stage for the first time in over a year as they performed a virtual concert last weekend.

The K-pop superstars performed during their BTS Permission to Dance On Stage show on Sunday, with the event live-streamed around the world.

Jimin, V, J-Hope, Suga, Jungkook, Jin and RM were forced to cancel their Map of the Stars world tour due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, but their virtual gig proved to be the next best thing for fans who have been desperate to hear their latest songs live for the first time.

BTS didn’t disappoint as they executed slick choreography, epic stage production and conversated with their global online audience.

The setlist included fan-favourites such as Boy With Luv, Burning Up (Fire) and Idol, while they also performed recent hits Dynamite and Butter.

However, the concert wasn’t completely without a hitch as BTS member V was forced to perform sitting down after injuring his leg.
