Fans became quite disappointed after Maria Sharapova announced her retirement from tennis right after the Australian Open 2020. Surprisingly, she was just 32-years-old when she decided to hang her tennis racquets.

Even though Maria Sharapova has retired from professional tennis, she still continues to be a popular figure among tennis fans. She is a successful entrepreneur today who loves to travel and explore different places.

Maria Sharapova is on a vacation in Amsterdam

Former World No.1 Sharapova is current enjoying some quality time in Amsterdam. She is on a vacation and is exploring different places in the capital of the Netherlands. Recently, the 5-time Grand Slam winner even added a lovely picture of herself on her Instagram handle and also wrote a beautiful caption along with it.

“Timing is everything. Especially to see the sun shining in Amsterdam. Today’s itinerary—a day trip to Noord to see where the cool cats hang out,” wrote Sharapova in the caption of her Instagram story.

It is one of those sun kissed pictures that Sharapova often likes to post on her Instagram. Interestingly, one can even see a big graffiti wall behind her in the photograph.

Sharapova rides a bicycle while having fun in Amsterdam

Stunningly, in her recent Instagram stories, one can watch Sharapova riding a bicycle along with many others. She posted it when she was travelling to Noord, Amsterdam.

Sharapova is in love with the place and is having a superb time in Amsterdam. She seems quite excited about her trip and is continuously spamming pictures and videos on her social media accounts.
